We had a fantastic Halloween weekend filled with so much fun. Here are a few pictures of what we did (in reverse order).
Nana came over last night and brought a few Halloween treats including these fun teething beads.
We went to "Trick or Treat" over with Daniel's family. Scout enjoyed playing with her toys from her Great Aunt Shellie and listening to her Fisher Price Halloween C.D. from Great Aunt Susan. Thanks to all who had special treats for Scout!
Our costume for Sunday - a little flower.
Daddy and Scout carved her pumpkin on Saturday morning. We took pictures with it Sunday after church.
Scout was ready to go Sunday morning in her adorable smocked ghost dress.
Here she is Sunday morning in her "My 1st Halloween" pajamas. Another week and these would have been too small.
Saturday night we went over to my dad's house. He is a Halloween fanatic (can you tell?). He was dressed like a clown and made balloon animals for all the trick or treaters. He also had his whole house decorated.
Makayla enjoyed helping Scout open her Halloween gifts from her family. Did you notice Scout in this picture? She is looking at the huge bat that is hanging from the ceiling fan.
The baseball team that Daniel coaches does "Trunk or Treat" at the baseball field. So, we dressed up, decorated our trunk and gave out candy to the little ones. Big Shannon, Uncle Randy and Makayla came to help too. Another family had this pumpkin with a ghost that popped out with music and Scout loved it. She and Big Shannon spent about thirty minutes watching it.
Tanner and Makayla helped us pass out candy. Makayla was a good sport and put on the witches' hat for this picture.
What a sweet little dragon!
Our little family all dressed up for Halloween.

Hope you had a Happy Halloween. We sure did!
